Continuous instant gas hot water for showers so no hot water running out and a kitchen to cook your favourites accessible all hours with loads of extras like a coffee machine, smoothie maker, air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, a recent upgrade to a 6 burner fast stove top with double oven and so much more.

All common areas are fully accessible at all times and well equipped like your own home. With 8 separate outdoor seating areas and an outdoor BBQ to enjoy the simple things in life with a big back yard including an orchard of 20 fruiting trees to help yourself all year round , a wrap around veranda three sides of the house to enjoy in our glorious Perth weather and the landscaped gardens all maintained by us for your enjoyment.

The property is within walking distance to the Fremantle Cafe strip with ample off road secured / gated car parking for a small fee of $10 per week and additional lockable storage onsite for an even smaller fee of $5 per week. Buses are just across the road taking you into Fremantle within 5 minutes on the number 99 and 98 every 15 minutes. Enjoy an easy walk into the heart of Freo along the lovely historic streets taking in the cafes along the way. For those who love to exercise a yoga centre and sporting oval is within a minutes walk, with the Freo Farmers Markets every Sunday morning less than 3 minute walk to enjoy brunch with delightful live music and a stunning selection of local produce.

The bus on the street we are located in provides a direct route to both Murdoch University and Murdoch Hospital.

Rooms are guaranteed spotlessly clean and fully setup for a stress free and welcoming arrival.

RATES:

King Single Room - King Single sized bed

$380 weekly for minimum 3 month stay - Single room / Single Occupancy Only

$350 weekly - long term stay discount applicable 3 months plus - Single room / Single Occupancy

OR

Queen Room - Queen sized bed

$480 weekly minimum 3 month stay - Queen room for 2 people

$450 weekly rate - long term discount rate applicable 3 months plus / Queen room for 2 people

Exception for Queen Room

$420 weekly for minimum 3 month stay - Queen room for 1 person as single occupancy only.

$390 weekly - long term stay discount rate applicable 3 months plus / Queen room for 1 person as single occupancy only.

Please note on site parking and storage shed fees are not inclusive of these rates.

DISCOUNTS:
Accessing the Long Term Discount requires 2 weeks rent paid in advance with the first payment due upon arrival , this discount is available for the duration of your stay providing all rental payments continue to be paid in 2 weekly advances on time, every time. Noting a market rate review on any annual stay is applicable.

Your room has a reverse cycle air conditioner, radio alarm clock, TV, ceiling fan and column heater. The rooms are separately metered for power usage on a user pays arrangement for just your own room. This cost is dependent on your usage but is usually less than a dollar a week, the Air-conditioning being the only variable as used with the meter clearly visible to manage your budget.

All other bills in the common areas such as power, gas , water ,cleaning and internet are included with nothing more to pay, no general cleaning required outside of your own room, all common area cleaning such as kitchens and bathrooms etc are done for you, you just have to clean up after yourself, no rosters or chipping in for things like the toilet paper and dishwashing liquid.

Just good common sense with honest, courteous interaction with other guests whilst on our property is requested in return with regards to our house rules in addition to cleaning up after yourself at all times in the common areas.

Deposits:

A one weeks rent is required as a deposit per room to secure a booking and becomes the security deposit required for the room and key upon arrival for the duration of your stay. The security deposit is returned when the room and contents are returned in the exact same manner as given including the return of the keys as issued within 48hrs of vacating.

Just 2 weeks notice required at all times with two weeks paid in advance at all times on the long term rate.

In Total:

1 weeks rent paid prior to arrival which becomes your security deposit held on the room until you vacate.

Upon arrival a 2 week notice period will be due and 2 weeks paid in advance with rent then due every two weeks there after until you give your two weeks notice. When your give your two weeks notice then the last two weeks will already be paid for by the above arrangement of a two week notice period component having been paid on arrival.

In essence for a long stay you will need a total of 5 weeks rent.

A weeks security deposit is due to secure every booking , with full payment made on arrival for the length of your stay. This is for those electing to pay the weekly rate, please be advised a booking will be taken from your paid up to date with this arrangement.

BANK DEPOSITS / TRANSFERS and cash is available for ongoing Rental Payments
