About the flatmates
Hi I'm Michelle and this is my home.
My brother and I work upstairs during the week and I live upstairs.
My house was built in 2017, it has 2 ground floor large bedrooms (with key locked doors) with a bathroom, large kitchen, lounge and dining area.
Bedroom 1- available as of 28th Jan 2026
Bedroom 2 - available as of 2nd Feb 2026
Couples welcome of course :) I'm flexible with shorter time frames within this date range for the right person/s
I maintain a clean and tidy house, it has a large kitchen for cooking with a table and bar stools for eating and socialising. My house tends to have a pretty chilled vibe. We also have great neighbours in a great neighbourhood.
I work a hectic job as an OT so I often need a bit of time to decompress at the end of the day so I may be upstairs or at my brothers house (rear house on property). I'm pretty easy going but I am particular about security (locking doors and windows), looking after my dog, recycling and sorry no party zone.
Important information:
I have a small very friendly dog who follows me everywhere. He is super affectionate with everyone he meets and has loved all of our housemates so far. He sleeps at my brothers house and occasionally upstairs with me, he does consider both houses to be his.
He can be a rascal at times but is generally a pretty good boy, he also loves watching TV with his housemates on the lounge. If you don't like dogs/pets or cant be kind and caring towards my doggo my place is not for you.
I want to find the right person or persons for the rooms that are a good fit for the house.
The location of my house is quite central. Its a 10 minute drive to Fremantle, a few minutes more to the coast (Cottesloe and Leighton Beach), 9 minute drive to Bullcreek train station which goes straight to the city. There are multiple bus stops a short walk/close by including at the bottom of the street as well as a few streets away. Garden City shopping centre is a 8 minute drive from my house and I have cafe's and a small shopping strip within walking distance from my house (also Pelican Croissanterie is about 400m from my house, best bakery in Perth).
Last thing, I am immunocompromised and work in health and aged care so please don't apply if you aren't vaccinated.
