About the flatmates
Hi,
We’re looking for a sublet in our share house until the 13/03.
You’ll have the master bedroom (unfurnished), ensuite with its own private courtyard $500 p/w. Will need to pay 2 weeks upfront for bond, which will be refunded when you vacate the property and is returned to its original condition. Rent is paid fortnightly.
Communal kitchen, lounge room and laundry, which is fully furnished.
