For Rent is a Private Detached Dwelling with your own Bathroom/Toilet/Laundry.
Our home is located in a convenient location with bus # 75, 179 and 509 right across the street. It only takes 10 minutes by bus to Curtin University, 20 minutes to Carousel Shopping Centre and 30 minutes to Perth City.
This is a detached dwelling in which it is a large granny-flat like room that is not connected to the main house. Please take note that the access in & out of the property will only be done through the side gate (lockable) and not through the main entrance. You will get your own private bathroom/toilet/laundry and external space.
There wont be access through to the main house. The room is fully furnished and you are also welcome to bring your own furnishing. A portable induction cooktop is supplied along with a microwave oven, air fryer and kettle - you do not have to use them if you have your own. There is also a portable air-conditioner for your comfort in the room.
We have an external CCTV monitoring system for extra safety and peace of mind - access will/can be provided.
This is strictly a non-party place and will suit someone that is clean, tidy and wants their own private space. The neighbourhood (south-side of Wilson) is generally very safe, quiet and peaceful. Ultimately we are looking for someone who is responsible and will treat this place as their own - rental amount is negotiable depending on your circumstances.
Shared utilities (internet and electricity), whereas water and gas are inclusive in the rental. An off-street parking is available if you have a car.

About the flatmates
Living here is myself and my wife. We have no kids and pets. We are friendly and respectful, always happy to engage in meaningful conversations and assist where needed. We like our own privacy and are always respectful of people's boundaries.
We do not smoke, party or drink and therefore looking for like-minded tenant. You won't be seeing us most of the time, except for when we access the garage or backyard so you will have your own privacy most of the time.
Please note that this is a home to us, we seldom have visitors over - if any it would be close friends and family. Although you will be getting your own access and space, this place will not be suitable if you are someone who likes having people over or sleepovers.
