Hello :) My name is Nicola, im an 18 yr old living in perth. Im looking for two roommates that are relaxed and friendly. I do have a 2 year old groodle (golden retriever/poodle) who is super friendy and loves to play, so if you like animals you will fall in love with him! I'm after people who can bring a home-like feel to the house, are self-sufficient, sociable and value the place they're living in.

In the pictures listed the first room that is furnished with a bed, connects to the bathroom which currently has stuff in it however that tenant will be leaving and the room + ensuite will be unfurnished - This is bedroom #1

I'm a student currently working and supporting myself, in my spare time I like going to the beach, going out with friends, being outdoors but I also really appreciate my own time and space :)
