Hi I work full time as a tradie. Its a fairly large house. Pool table. Nice landscaped yards. A vege garden you are welcome to play with and a couple of chickens. Message me for more details. The room is at the end of a long hall so it's quiet, almost detacted from the rest of the house. You will have your own bathroom(renovated 12 months ago). I have a dog she's super chilled out. Doesn't chew, bark or dig.
