It has a beautiful view and is very close to the river with lovely places to walk. It is not obvious from the road that the house is there so it feels safe and it is very spacious living. You’ll have 3 rooms to utilise as you wish plus your own bathroom to use. It is fully furnished and I can also include a queen bed if required.
I don’t have a problem if you smoke as long as you do so outside.

Hey 👋 I’m a 34 y/o single female with a cat and a small dog living just outside of Mackay - I live in a home that I rent from but have recently become unwell and am on a break from work - I have income but would appreciate a flatmate to ease the burden of renting. I enjoy cooking, crafts (knitting/painting and anything that I can be creative with).
My cat is an indoors only cat - he’s missing a leg and is not very intelligent. My dog is a small inside dog who is toilet trained but 16 y/o.
Looking for someone who is clean and tidy - you will have 3 or so rooms to use as you wish to and your own bathroom and toilet. Internet and all bills will be included. The house is fully furnished including a queen bed.
It is an older house which isn’t necessarily maintained beautifully but it is a very safe area and peaceful.
Hoping for a professional female/student/hospo or shift worker - anyone who can commit to signing a lease which ends in July and will probably extend further.
