It’s so quiet and private - it’s far enough off the road that no one knows the house is here. I’m often out doing things but if not I’ll be chilling. No need to mow! That’s done for us - do need to whipper snip, though.

Looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy and isn’t looking to party - I rent this house through my workplace so there needs to be a certain standard maintained. I love cooking and baking, knitting, crocheting, painting and all arts and crafts.
There is an extra room or two you can utilise - they need furniture but could be an office or storage room for furniture.
