About the property
This is a new two-storey townhouse with four bedrooms, and every room has its own split-system heating and cooling. One bedroom is the master, one is set up as a beauty/library room, one belongs to the cats, and the fourth could be yours.
At the top of the stairs there is a shared study desk, which I occasionally use when working from home but is available for everyone. There is also a powder room downstairs and a communal laundry with both a washer and dryer.
Your bedroom would be located downstairs, with your own bathroom and shower upstairs, which also includes a bath.
The home features a spacious kitchen with plenty of bench space and a large oven, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking.
For a townhouse, the yard is a great size. Luna mainly occupies the space, but it’s also a shared outdoor area with room for a smokers’ nook. Lewis maintains the yard.
The entire house is fully furnished, with the exception of the spare bedroom.

About the flatmates
Hi everyone!
My partner Lewis and I are looking for a housemate to help ease the cost of living and make use of our spare room. You’ll have your own bathroom and shower, with a shared kitchen and living area. There is on-street parking, public transport close by, plus plenty of parks within walking distance and supermarkets nearby.
A bit about us:
We both work full time and would ideally like a housemate who does the same. We’re outgoing, social, and can be a bit loud, so we’re best suited to someone who’s comfortable in a lively, relaxed home. We love the outdoors, going to the pub, sharing snacks, and the occasional cigarette.
We have two cats and a dog, so unfortunately we can’t accept any additional pets (with the exception of a reptile).
We’re respectful of space and privacy and expect the same in return.
