My home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with only neighbours on two sides and a large open space of land behind. It's a 5minute walk to the corner store, a 10minute walk to the beach and I'm located close to the main hub of town. The Tafe, Hospital and University are also reasonably close. Each area of the house has ceiling fans and good breezeways. There is a large yard and patio and the entire house is security screened.
