We have a 22ft Air-conditioned Studio on our property. (bathroom and toilet in the house) It is secluded in our leafy garden with access to many facilities a few steps away in the house. Best suited to a single person.

There is a very comfortable double bed, desk, smart TV, fridge, microwave, lots of appliances and a gas stove/oven (if you are a cook). Home cooked meals available if you don't. ($10 each) Everything you need to prepare meals is in the studio or the communal house kitchen (see pics) Large movie collection on the server.
Very clean bathroom/s separate toilet, laundry and entertaining area with a Weber BBQ to relax are all nearby.
There is a large modern home with 3 bathrooms on the property. Toilet is separate.

Everyone has own personal space and must keep it cleaned weekly.

You have a separate entrance to come and go without disturbing anyone else and off street parking.
The rent/board includes many extras for example. All cleaning products and appliances are supplied, linen, unlimited fast wifi, all bills including gas and elect. Use of all facilities in the house and men’s shed. There is a very handy local bus that runs in and out of Town nearby.
We share the using and cleaning of communal spaces on a roster. About an hour per week. Or you can pay our cleaner to do your share.
If you are mature, responsible, organised, clean, honest and reliable you will be welcome here. Age, gender, disability or nationality is not a barrier.
We are open to work exchange to reduce rent if you have skills like gardening, mowing, cleaning, housekeeping, trades etc.

Long term or short term are OK. $300 pw 3 months.
$60 per day casual weekly rate.
If you have severe addictions or unstable behaviour you won't fit in here and will be asked to leave quickly. We also need someone who will respect COVID restrictions and hygiene rules. If you don't like house rules please don't apply.

We have been sharing our home for over 15 years and happy to help you get established in Hervey Bay if you are new to the area. This is a particularly safe area to live.
We are located on an elevated scenic Point with lots of cycle and walking tracks. If you like to swim we are spoiled for choice with beautiful beaches and little private coves to swim.
