1 room available $300 pe bills incl. in a lovely little house that’s been rented out for many years and has alot of charm in a prime peaceful location hugging the coast of 4 mile beach park.
This space would suit a flatmate looking for a no stress environment and would suit someone who is clean, working full time and respectful of others.
This is a fully fenced house (fences recently redone and fully secured), and once on the land many outside areas reveal themselves for you to relax. A large pond, an outdoors cooking space, and several chill out spots with sofas, space to relax.
Rooms are fully furnished, welcome to play with the space, add your own additions. A/C in every room. Bedding supplied.

Gas stove, 2 x fridge, freezer, washing machine, unlimited internet, air fryer inc.

Inside there’s a shared amenity/ washing up area, toilet and shower. Rooms are all private. Bills and WiFi included. Plenty of spare space for extra belongings, bicycles, boards, bigger things in shared spaces.

You’ll be sharing with a Marine biologist a chef, and a Skipper. So we like boats and are at sea alot!
Our retired friend and maintenance man Boris lives in on the land about 50m from the house.
