A large mudbrick house set way back from the road on a large acreage. 5 minutes from the highway, 10 min from Nabiac, 20 min from Taree or Tuncurry / Forster. Your own transport would be required. There is a garage if you need it.
Quiet as, no highway noise. State forest on the opp side of the road, lovely neighbors
The immediate house is fenced, suitable for a trained dog and has gardens and a pond within, it also inc a lovely outside paved area for a social event whatever if you can handle the frogs croaking. Outside the fence are mowed lawns inc a citrus orchard, creeks and bush.
The house is large but has a staircase to the bedrooms in case your weak in the knees. 2 bathrooms, the main one being the last photo, the bath/shower is to our right of the photo, a kitchen that has all the appliances. Solar power, unlimited high-speed internet. Aircon downstairs. The bedroom you would occupy is very large.

Hi! I'm Ken a 76 year old dude of Woodstock vintage.
I'm retired but still do photography, printing wall size canvases, supplying clients across AU along with a lot of museum work.
At the moment I'm copying artworks for local artists.
Love nature hence being where I am, love animals, dogs, horses and birds whatever.
Originally from NZ then here Possum Brush 2430 via Nth NSW / Qld and Lord Howe Island where I spent 24 years of bliss.
In the past I have been in radio, recording studios along with large bands which is more than likely the reason for my bad hearing
I'm pretty lay-back, like an occasional wine and maybe a beer in summer but have no time for excessive booze or chemicals
I'm looking for preferably a female as I prefer the female energy but all welcome
Age 50+ ( I'm open to younger but on past experiences I'm saying 50+) must be responsible, respectful, matured and organized, neat, clean & tidy in the kitchen and bathroom (no dirty dishes left lying around.
No smokers, no chemicals, no excessive alcohol, no dope other than an occasional recreational smoke
Its not a party house and no loud music even though I love music.
No cats due to the birds and dogs must be trained or behaved as well as no excessive barking
An ideal place for artists of all medias, space for studios etc, in terms of sculpture there is welding gear here in the workshop. I hope this doesn't sound too horrific, just be friendly and do your own thing The bedroom would be suitable as an art space / bedroom
