Chilled coastal living in a large, fully furnished, two storey house. This is a house share (just two people) but you would have your own bedroom, bathroom and lounge downstairs. Kitchen and laundry is shared.

Date available: 24th August - it can be available short or long term

$450 per week.

Suitable for a single person only - sorry no couples.

The photos are of the space you would have to yourself. Basically it's like a studio just not entirely self contained.

The downstairs includes a queen sized bedroom, modern bathroom and seperate lounge, all fully furnished on the lower level of a beautiful, spacious, light-filled home. The lounge has a desk/table. You can see the ocean from the house.

You also have use of the salt pool upstairs.

The lower floor of the house is private, spacious with heaps of storage.

Parking available outside the house. Fast internet is part of the rent.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed in the estate, as it's a nature reserve for koalas.

Ten minute walk to the beach and two minutes drive to Pottsville high street. Thirty five minutes drive to Byron Bay. You can hear the surf from the house!
