About the flatmates
Quiet, friendly and relaxing household. I have two pets - a cat, and a female mini Fox terrier (who spends the bulk of the day away with me). Neat and tidy house, in a great location, and central to airport, beaches and easy access to freeway! Three tenants currently living in house (two males, one female).
Must be:

Respectful of others privacy.
Prefer mature age and responsible tenant, full time employment a must .
Contribute to cleaning of kitchen area and maintain cleanliness of bedroom and bathroom. Also contribute to general house duties.
