I'm offering a room in my fully-furnished, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in a peaceful, safe and secluded townhouse complex in Raymond Terrace.

Enjoy a modern loungeroom with two separate 2.5-seat reclining lounges, a 65" 4K TV and air conditioning. I also have a fully-equipped kitchen (with your own fridge space if you need) and a cozy back verandah with outdoor lounges.

You'll have the flexibility of choosing which of the two spare rooms you'd prefer, and you'll get a queen-sized bed, built-in robe, and a bedside table - no need to shop for furniture!

There's ample space for parking in the double garage, optional office space in the third bedroom, and all utilities (internet, electricity and water) are included in the rent.

I'm looking for a male roommate who is responsible, tidy, sociable (but no party-goers) and ideally shares some of my values and interests (read more about me below). I'm also preferably looking for someone around my age (although I'm open to an older roommate if we get along well).
