Im an easy going mature age female home owner and RN/Educator with one little old dog. I travel overseas and across Oz for many months of the year. Currently looking for another working full time female boarder who is a none smoker and has no pets or kids living with them and who wants the privacy of own space but happy to interact in a fully furnished 4 bedroom house with shared common areas with myself and Pip another mature female boarder (high school teacher).. The house has one shower and bathroom but two toilets, a covered bbq area and bali hut sundeck pool table/games room, lounge and dining room plus large kitchen and laundry all fully furnished, All bedroom doors lockable by boarder with key lock inside and out. The available double size bedroom has a wall mounted smart tv, ducted air conditioning individual room controlled heat/cool. And off street parking.
