About the flatmates
I’m Brett 35 and the home owner. I’ve been sharing my house for the last 3 years. The room available in 2 weeks time has been rented out to 1 person for the last 3 years but the house mate is moving on to a new location.
You will be Sharing with myself and 1 other 20 year old house mate. We both work and keep busy, having hobbies in cars and motorcycles.
Quiet house and respectful house which I take pride in. Friendly but also enjoy our own space.
You will have a large room with 4 door built in floor to ceiling wardrobe. Room for king size bed and even a desk/study area.
This room is right next to the main bathroom which will be shared between yourself and the 1 other housemate. Which I overlook this bathroom being kept clean each month. Normally cleaning is taken in turns.
I do have 2 dogs which are inside and outside. And pet ducks in the front section of yard outside this bedroom.
You will need to be an animal lover and not worried about hearing ducks quacking at times, but you can get free eggs to eat.
