3 bedroom high set house with 6 ft fence. Safe secure and mostly a quiet area where I live. Polished floors throughout with large deck. Kitchen is medium size with dishwasher. Previously stated can arrange for separate TV living space...need to install TV connection. Cooler can be provided for bedroom. Open lounge kitchen space with air con. Downstairs front and back yard smaller area well maintained. Plan on painting front large deck. Have quiet neighbours. Train noise can be heard at different times but not a problem for me. Ceiling fans through out the house. Require reference or reputable referees. No bath. Bathroom shower with separate toilet. House renovated over past 5 years.

I am retired female so I require working person or student as I do have an office work space for use if needed. No internet. Need someone quiet and non smoker. Have a pet cat. Parking could be an issue ...there is on street parking. Within walking distance to town. Share bathroom. Can provide sheets; towels ...cookware utensils available for right person. Will provide separate living space with TV. Looking for someone ...age not a barrier as long as they are respectful and trustworthy. I use to work in criminal.justice industry and have renovated my home. Time frame of rental.can be reviewed in 3 months time re longer term. No other flat mates. Love swimming....nature walks....and live mostly a quiet life...maintain social contact with friends and family. Need person who are hygienically clean around the home and are self reliant. I am not a chatter ....I've lived alone for many years and require a flat mate mainly to contribute financially to my home since I am no longer working.
