FAMILY OR FATHER OR MOTHER- MAY VISIT- SHORT VISIT ONLY.
CLIENTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE IN COMFORT - SAFETY AND QUIET ESTABLISHMENT.....

EXCEPTION- AS SINGLE FATHER OR MOTHER HAVING CHILD OR CHILDREN ONLY VISITS- ARE ACCEPTABLE.....

FOR STAY OVER , AS ROOM HAS DOUBLE BED AND A SINGLE BED IS SUPPLIED, PLEASE COMUNICATE WITH LANDLORD , AND NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN.

I supply own Fridge for the tentant to use and pantry and big freezer...
washing machine, linen, portable clothes lines as well for weather conditions.. plus dryer for emergency.
Toilet paper dishwasher tablets dishwasher lidquid bin liners wash clothes, cleaning products.

Front court yard lounges table and chairs and bbq with gas.
Back area , dart board table chairs and pool table.
Internet , netflix prime in big longe room and small lounge room has tv with netflix as well, tenants have 2 lounge rooms , though have areas to chill as well.
Tv s are in rooms aswell.

Also have a small gym area and weights, if want to work out.
Big kitchen.
Friendly people to live with.

A contract, is in place for a minimum of 3 months, for short term stay.
From verbal agreement, and deposit of bond and two weeks rent this is contract, Also paperwork to be signed on date of arrival and when leaving if want more then 3 months.
Long-term , stays range from 3 months to a year, - and long term contracts can be reviewed every 3 month period
