Hi there, I have furnished big room looking for Couple or two females to rent out, not for single person please, available from 14Feb26 in Rockville suburb, close to St Andrew Toowoomba hospital.
You will share house with other USQ student and full-time workers. They are nice, tidy and respect each other's. Room rate is 310/week, not included bills which cost you $30/week/couple or $40/ week/two female friend, furnished with double bed, desk, chair, lamb and sofa.
There will be two bathrooms with toilet inside plus the third toilet for your own. Bathroom share with one other.
More detail will be provided on request, Rental term from 3 months or more than. Short term can be negotiable. The photos of room are not good view. It should be nice if you can arrange physical inspection. This room will give you much comfortable when you are in.
