About the property
The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, shops, great cafés, and the gym. My current housemate is moving out on 21 February, so I’m looking for a new housemate to call my house home.
Both bedrooms have brand-new wardrobes, and the entire interior has recently been freshly painted. Your room measures 3.0m x 3.6m, making it a spacious and comfortable size, and includes a ceiling fan. The house also has a separate toilet from the bathroom, adding extra convenience.
This is my home, and I’ve put a lot of love into making it an enjoyable space that I’m really proud of. I’ll continue to care for it and make improvements over time to keep it comfortable and welcoming.
I’ll be providing most of the furniture for the common areas, so you’ll just need to bring what you’d like for your own room such as a bed, bedside tables, and any personal furniture.

I work in a Melbourne office four days a week and spend one day working from home. In my downtime, I love getting outdoors, especially running and long walks, often along the beach. I’m a very clean and tidy person and take pride in keeping the house feeling calm and well cared for.
I’m definitely more of an early night, early morning person, and I really value a peaceful home environment. I respect people’s personal space, but I also enjoy a good chat and sharing a home-cooked meal from time to time.
