We are looking for a stable female housemate, full time employed.
Room Price includes wifi and utilities and own bathroom.
House is elevated with some external
stairs. It’s a stunning location, city and bay view, sunrise and sunset! 🌅

The room is suited to someone who is single and working full time.
Kitchen and laundry is shared with us.

Our usual day is 7am start and in bed by 11. I often stay up late to study.

You would be sharing with myself and my 2 teenager daughters (my son lives in a bungalow and only comes inside to eat and shower 🤣)

We have 2 small Chihuahuas who are crated when inside at night and mostly outside during the day.

We have a typical family busy schedule with sports after school and on weekends. 🏈🏀 my kids are here part time when not with their dad.

I’m home most of the day studying full time.

You can walk everywhere and the rye pier is literally at the end of our street. Its nice and central if your working in Sorrento or Rosebud.

House has a massive sun deck, set up high and lots of fresh air and sunlight.

You’ll need to bring your own linen, fan, lamp and desk. There is a wardrobe and queen bed provided.

The kitchen/dining and laundry areas are shared.
