About the property
I’ve got a great bedroom waiting for you in a cosy, tidy home in Rye, and it’s ready to go ASAP! It’s perfect for a queen bed and comes with a built-in robe. Plus, it’s partially furnished (check out the photos), but the room can be emptied for you to bring your own stuff if you prefer.
The house has an open-plan kitchen and living area, all set up, with a shared bathroom, a European laundry (washing machine included), and both front and back decks. The front deck has amazing views of the treetops, ideal for a morning coffee or an afternoon drink. There’s also Wi-Fi and a car space available in a shared driveway.
This isn’t a party house, so no smokers or drug users. Ideally you’d be working full time with your own hobbies and interests.
The area is super quiet with a chilled coastal vibe, and it’s just a short walk to the beach, shops, and bus stops. Bills are split between the two of us.
