About the flatmates
Hi I'm the homeowner, lived in this house for 15 years but had to relocate for personal reasons. I'm hoping to find someone quiet and respectful and values their own and others privacy. Also responsible and clean. Ideally working. There is also the option for you to be the only renter if you don't want to share the house with other renters. It is a small house which is semi furnished, so there is not a lot of room for additional furniture. Prefer no pets in the house. It will mostly be yourself at the house except for the odd days I need to be in Sale to maintain the property. Will consider couples and even a family with a young child.
