We’re offering a beautiful room in our relaxed Sandy Beach home, just a short walk from the ocean and backing onto peaceful farmland and reserve. With a front porch and an attached study, which you are open to set the space up however you would like. Calm surroundings, and a warm, grounded household, this space feels more like a little sanctuary than just somewhere to live. We’re looking for the right person to join our home — someone who values ease, respect, connection, and the simple rhythm of coastal living.
Open to couples, price for the room will be adjusted if so
Open to other dogs joining the house, we will just have to get them to meet first at the beach or reserve to make sure they get along and are feeling happy and safe.

You’ll be living in a relaxed, creative, and caring household.
Downstairs is a self-contained space where I (27yo) live with my partner (27yo) and dog cossie (4yo) . I work as a support worker and teach yoga, and love painting, surfing, walking the dog, and spending time outdoors. My partner loves to surf, cook delicious food, hang with his mates, and chill nights at home. We both value a peaceful, grounded lifestyle, with the occasional night of dinner parties or head away camping for a night or two.
Upstairs, you’ll be sharing the space with a lovely, considerate woman who brings such a calm energy to the home. She loves cooking, is passionate about architecture, enjoys creating art, keeps the upstairs space beautifully tidy.
Together, the house has a warm, creative, and respectful feel — the kind of place that naturally becomes home.
