There is a boat on the property, but it’s not for use. My dad sometimes stays at the house, though he’s mostly away, so the home is usually quiet.

About the flatmates
I work full time as a nurse and live a pretty quiet, routine lifestyle. I have two pets — my dog Koda and my cat Raven. Raven is easygoing, and Koda just takes a little while to warm up to new people, but once she does, she’s very sweet.
In my spare time I’m usually at the gym or out walking Koda. I’m more of a “go out for dinner” person than a partier, and I tend to keep to myself at home while still being respectful and easy to live with.
