About the property
Has up stairs and down stairs entertaining. Up stairs you can share all the facilities besides the shower (I haven't taken photos of the up stairs bathroom). Down stairs you will be sharing a bathroom with a 26 year old Canadian girl.
There is a pool table down stairs and a make shift kitchenette if you ever feel the need to cook down there. The fridge down stairs is for all of your food as the fridge upstairs gets a bit too full at times.
Small tidy lounge inside with Netflix etc, but we have two small dogs. If dogs arent for you then no need to apply.
Front balcony and back balcony with a bbq and chairs.
Nice back yard with vege garden if you feel the need to plant anything.
The room has a fan but gets quite hot, if the fan isn't for you, you may need to buy a portable aircon.
Bills are included but if the aircons are getting used a lot and the electricity bill is high we would expect you to chip in.
