I am new to Scone and have just secured this rental. Please note, the room will not be furnished. Pretty well everything else in the house is furnished e.g. washing machine, kitchen appliances etc.
I am a 26yo PE teacher from Newcastle. I’m relaxed and easy-going. Enjoy sport, travel and socialising but also value my own space and quiet time. Looking for someone who is clean and friendly. I am currently in the bigger bedroom (that has air con and a walk in) but willing to move rooms if you want that room. Price advertised is for smaller room. Bigger room would be $300/week.
