What is great about the property?

Although the place is pretty isolated, it's just a 5-minute drive to the town centre, 8 minutes to the hospital, 5 minutes to the train station, 9 minutes on foot to Broken River, and a short walk to the bus stop for public transport.

What does my rent include?
- The weekly rent covers the following ;
1. The room
2. Gas
3. Water
4. Electricity.
5. Internet.
Please note that the cleaning service is excluded.
So, as a tenant, you are responsible for keeping the house clean; otherwise, you will be required to pay for the cleaning.

Does the house come with amenities and features?

-The house has split-system air conditioning, ducted heating, a fully equipped kitchen, and personal space in the fridge, pantry, linen cupboard, and laundry.
-Unlimited Wi-Fi and parking spaces are available on the property for convenience and peace of mind.
-Tenants must keep the parking area clean, especially off-street parking, without making any mess. Otherwise, they will be asked to park their car on the street.

Are there any house rules or special terms the flatmates need to know?

- The property is not suitable for pets, children, or parties.
- All tenants must always keep their room and the house clean and tidy.
- All tenants must adhere to the house rules and regulations.
- A one-week notice is required to vacate. Otherwise, the bond will not be returned.
- Tenants are requested to report any damage immediately.

Are there any additional charges besides the rent?
- Please note that the price quoted is for a single occupant only.
- A second occupant is charged an additional $50 per week.
- If you misplace the room key, you will be charged $7, and there will also be charges for any damages.

When is the availability?
The room is available, so you can move anytime.

Please be advised that the bond will not be refundable upon confirmation of your move-in.
