Now has wardrobe with hanging space and 3 draws and 2 shelves. Unfurnished room. Will fit queen bed and bedside table. Kitchen cabinets have been repainted white. Kitchen will eventually also be repainted but not until it warms up at least. The offscreen parking is either behind one another or there is a spot next to the drive and house for your car. It’s located not far from the shepp hospital/APCO and the sport precinct. There is 1 desexed male cat in the house who isn’t allowed outside but wishes he was. If your door is open he will go in your room. The bathroom is shared and a bit small but works great with seperate toilet and laundry room. Instant hot water system and evap cooling (for summer) one heater in the lounge but does a pretty good job to heat the house if you leave you door open. Room is unfurnished but rest of house is furnished. Minus a dining table but there is a coffee table to sit at. Can get a small dining table if needed. There is a full fridge and full freezer. A 8.5kilo top loader washing machine. An old school dryer. Clothesline out the back. Have whole island bench cupboard minus one draw to yourself to store your stuff. Would prefer no shoes past the lounge but open to otherwise. Any questions pleas message me.
