A hop, skip & a jump from the hospital precinct, and not far from the CBD.
I have two rooms available, ideally you can grab both for $310 including bills and have a workspace/study area all to yourself.
Drug-free and preferably smoke-free please.
No pets, I have a solo indoor cat.
House is furnished and kitchen is fully stocked - please use what you need. I can organize some furniture if you have none, or have the room/s totally empty for your own gear.
Downside, there is no dishwasher, so you'll have to stay on top of your dishes. But there's been a brand new, massive split system installed recently, works like a gem.
You will have to jump on the lease with me, but there's no bond.

About the flatmates
Hiya,
I'm an early thirties, non-smoking musician. Teaching and playing music is my full-time gig and I live to do theatre, so I'm out for rehearsals plenty of the time.
I have a cat named Pepper, she's fully indoors and mostly keeps to herself, there's also a rabbit named Pickles who is fully outdoors - and also mostly keeps to himself.
All I ask from a housemate is to pay rent, wash your dishes, replace the toilet roll and don't let the cat out. Easy as.
