About the flatmates
I am the home owner, I have my own ensuite. I work in I.T full time and work from home 2 or 3 days a week the rest on site, the other 2 flatmates both also work full time all of us do not smoke or drink and gamers.
We have no animals or kids here
They do need some reminders to keep the place tidy IE cleaning the shower etc but with a woman in the house I think they would pull there weight a bit more then what they are now.
However if for what ever reason this didn’t work out I would hire a cleaner weekly to come in if needed
