About the property
this house is an ex commission home that's been looked after. its in good condition with the plus of having a few marks already so not one that we need to be super careful with. its solid, keeps warm in winter and cool in summer. I've loved living here for the the few months i have, the cost is great, the street is safe and so are the neighbors. big backyard, a shed, a veggie garden and three bedrooms with the middle one being an office that is big enough for two people to use. its got enough space for two cars and has a big loungeroom. its a great house that's comfortable and easy to live in without being expensive.
