The townhouse gets plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day and has a lovely private courtyard. It’s a secure home in a great location, just a short walk to the train station. The room itself includes air-conditioning for year-round comfort, plus a queen bed and mattress (if needed).

Hi! I’m Paula. I work from home, though I’m out quite a lot and often stay over at my partner’s place, so most of the time you’ll have the townhouse largely to yourself.
Outside of work I enjoy gaming, sewing, nature walks, and checking out good coffee spots. I’m vegan, but the household doesn’t need to be. The home is generally quiet, relaxed, and respectful.
It’s a very animal-friendly household 🐾 I have two cats who live here full-time, and occasionally my very gentle greyhound comes to stay, so you’ll need to genuinely love animals and be comfortable around them. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept additional pets.
The household is calm, considerate, and LGBTQ+ friendly, that’s a must. At this stage, the room is best suited to a female tenant or a couple.
