Hello I am Ian.
I and am working in the mining industry nearby to the house.
I currently have one other male tenent in the house who works near by in the geotec field.
I am looking to lease out the master bedroom this is the size of an studio apartment with sunset views and on an elevated platform overlooking the pool deck; preferably to a couple who will take good care of the house so that I can gradually relocate back to Perth.
