This split level, spacious and comfortable beach house is well situated amongst Durras treasures!
We are minutes walk from Cookies Beach (best swimming beach) and the National Park with it's 7 beaches, beautiful forests, amazing rock platforms and walking track.
Only 7 years old, the house has been built to value sustainable standards and has; 40k water tanks, environ cycle septic, (please note that Durras is still on tanks and septics) and is well insulated. It faces north, has double glazed louvre windows (that emit rainbows) solar (hope to get a battery), two lounge rooms, air con, fireplace, 2 bathrooms, decks, outdoor (hot) shower; bbq and a shed for bikes
It's close enough (20 mins), but far enough away from Batemans Bay
South Durras is a beautiful sanctuary that inspires health and wellbeing. This is a home for someone who is emotionally, physically and financially independent, who relishes in South Coast delights.
Durras is perfect for sunsets, sunrises, easy daily beach walking, meditation, kyaking, seeking wonder, mntn bike riding, surfing, snorkelling, star gazing, rock climbing, bush walking, being creative, exploring and so much more. I have a e-bikes, kyak, diving gear, surfboard and a SUP. Yoga is twice weekly in local hall.
The yards are not fenced off, so kangaroos and wallabies can graze freely. Not suitable for children, dogs or smokers.

I am seeking a well balanced , independent person for a short term stay to 3 months (with a possibility to extend). Would suit locums, or professional women.
The fully furnished, light and airy, treehouse room (at the top level- with no adjoining rooms) has a large built in cupboard, double bed, fan/ aircon, ensuite bathroom and a small balcony. There are two loungerooms with smart TVs.
