About the property
Thank you for your interest in a room in my townhouse.
It is a standard size room with a large BIR.
Bathroom is shared.
There is a double bed and is air conditioned.
Not too far from town and amenities with limited public transport available if required.
I work full time and am not home from around 7am-4pm.
Internet and gas is provided as part of the rent, however electricity will be shared.
Due to recent tenant, I will require a small bond and also evidence of income (payslips etc) and will need rent to be paid weekly and on time.
I have a small dog who is quite easy to be around, but if you do not like dogs, this property will not suit you.
