About the property
You would have your own section in my 3 year old house that I designed with bedroom, living room and own bathroom. I would just need access to that area for the laundry. There is only myself and my 7 year old daughter who I have week on and off. For this reason, only females will be considered.
I would also consider 2 females looking for their own rooms and happy to share the space as there is another bedroom in the space. This would bring the price to $200 per room. (If there is only one of you, it's $300 and i wouldn't let out the second room unless you were happy to share the bathroom and lounge area.
I have a big backyard and a pool. the landscaping is something ill try and get stuck into when we get some rain!
The room can come furnished or not and has wardrobes. In a quiet no through road in a well known estate with bigger blocks.
** The lounge area that you would have is currently a toy room. It would be alot cleaner when you moved in to the photo provided. Plenty of room to put a kettle, microwave, toaster and small fridge if you wanted.

About the flatmates
I have a lovely 3 year old house that I designed myself for my daughter and I.
I have my Daughter 7 days on and off, a dog and a cat.
I work full time and daughter goes to school.
Am happy to have a chat and socialise but am very much looking for someone that likes their own space as you would have your own room, living area and bathroom that you can close a door to that area.
