This is my house that I live in and it's my first time renting out rooms on a long term basis. The house is on a 300m² block and has three bedrooms and two living areas. I have two rooms available with a shared bathroom for those rooms. One has a Murphy bed so can be folded away if you temporarily need more space. The house is clean and I don't have any pets. Parking will be on road as I need the driveway for my van.
