About the property
I’m looking for a housemate for my apartment located in Stones Corner ($300/wk bills and internet included - 6 months – bond is 4 weeks rent). It’s a fully furnished modern 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment with air conditioning, private a courtyard, access to the rooftop with a communal BBQ area and small gym. It’s walking distance to groceries and good public transport. There is some street parking available.
These photos are a little bit old so some slight changes to furniture have been made (arrangement of furniture, and I've also been painting some furniture to add more colour to the space.

Hey, I’m Ara (they/them)
I’m a uni student and peer worker who enjoys art, crochet, dancing, bouldering and baking (and yes I am willing to share). I enjoy being a little bit social but also need lots of time alone to rest. I would enjoy a housemate who will occasionally hang out to have a tea, cook a meal together or watch a movie but also does their own thing. I also have a little herb garden, as well as some other plants which you could use if you wanted to help take care of it. I’m also disabled, so I usually have support workers come in ~2 times a week to help me with cooking and cleaning.
I have a small dog (maltese poodle) named Charlie. He is a rescue who occasionally bites, although understanding his warning signs can really help prevent incidents. He is very cute and lovable but requires someone who will be understanding and willing to learn his triggers and warnings.
I would prefer a queer woman or gender diverse person as a housemate.
My brother also stays in the 3rd bedroom occasionally. He does FIFO and often stays at our Mum's place when he is off work. He is into baking sourdough, making pizzas and being active by going to the gym, playing basketball or going surfing.
