This is a new 4 bedroom house being built in Strathfieldsaye which is a 15min drive to Rosalind Park. The house will have plenty of on street parking and is only a few minutes to the local supermarket.
All shared appliances will be provided and I can supply bedding and furniture if required.
I'm looking for somone who is a clean, easy going person who's happy to socialise but also happy with their own company. Preferably a student or somone who works full time.
