Offering One Large Bedroom in a share house in Suffolk Park / Byron Hills; available soon. It's near ‘Baz and Shaz” Organic Fruit and Veg shop, the park and community gardens, and only 2 minutes drive to the beach. It’s a nice quiet family neighbourhood, so we are looking for peaceful and respectful tenants.

Large light-filled house. Clean and cosy, the bedroom is 4.6m x 3.2m and has a queen bed, bedside table, wardrobe and direct access to the backyard. The sun will warm your room first thing in the morning and there are 3 lovely sunny outdoor grassed areas to enjoy and a big raised vegie garden. Your car will be the only one in the driveway. Share bathroom & well-equiped kitchen with all you will probably need. The other tenants are nice cruisy people and the landlord is very approachable and helpful.

Rent is $370 per week for one person including all bills and internet, plus we will need 2 weeks rent as a bond. We can remove the furniture if you like. We can provide clean bed linen and pillows. Message me or text/call  please. Cheers Rob
