About the property
We have a beautiful sunrise furnished room coming available upstairs in our private beach sanctuary. If you like sleeping to the sound of the ocean and wake with birdsong, this may be for you. You must be clean and self-responsible, preferably working or studying outside the home at least part time. Short stroll through the park to Tallow beach and two blocks to Suffolk shops, bakery, cafes et all.
The room is furnished, with ceiling fan, heater, built-in robes , desk, and chair. $365 includes wifi and all bills. We are not a backpacker’s and do not offer short term. We are a residential community with 20+ years’ experience sharing our home.
We are looking for new housemates who appreciates what it takes to make a home and are ready and willing to play their part. We value clear communication and authenticity. If you are emotionally mature and are willing to have conversations (yes, even the hard ones, we welcome you.) We offer peace and quiet, ocean breezes, tree top views, laughs and chats.

About the flatmates
You will mostly be sharing with one single working female, as we are fun loving clean health-conscious mature yoga teachers and sound healers who often live in Bali and travel for work. We have a small community of ocean loving happy humans and animals downstairs on the property co-creating beautiful spaces and loving environments.
If you are looking for your new home by the beach where you can rest and play, this may be for you. Due to our work and travel schedule, you need to be able to commit long term.
