It’s a place like you won't see in Suffolk. usually.
Outlook is like in the Hinterland and as if you are living in a tree house..
Suffolk Park is an amazing location close enough to Byron, but far enough to live in peace. Local shop Bas n Shaz is a few hundred meters down the street and the bakery and pub and all a bit over 1km - beach not much further. So all easy to cycle to.
The house is set with a stunning view into a tree surrounded backyard which makes it feel as if we have no neighbours - accept for a few birds and bats maybe. The backyard is lush green all bedrooms have access to one of two undercover outdoor areas.
$800 complete level (please inquire about pictures as it becomes too confusing) is upstairs with private large King size bed room with ensuite and large area with fire place and 25m deck and mezzanine study (could have another bed) more or less all to yourself

$375 for each of the rooms downstairs shown in pictures

About the flatmates
Now, who I am? Marko, German/OZ, late 40 but not at all feeling like it. I have moved to the Shire 3.5 years ago after having lived in Manly over 12 years and loving it..
I run my own businesses importing and distributing boutique wine and craft beer 'n' spirits and have started a mentoring program for blockchain and smart contract investments. So if you like to share a vino or beer here or there, fine. But I try to have some time off booze as well. Doesn't mean you can't help with what is open ;-)
I also love latin and ecstatic dancing, doing yoga and meditation and staying fit. I used to teach meditation and obviously enjoy sharing experiences and points of views on others' self study..
Also starting to work a bit with horses atm...
I love healthy and good food and can't wait to get someone interested in that veggie patch going in the back yard. And as one might guess, I do like an occasional glass of wine or beer or a beautiful margy. I am no longer a party person and hope to attract similar people in that sense as well. I look after the place and expect that from my guests or flatmates who will be staying in the house as well..
The idea is to share the house amongst 3
or 4 great humans.. you included - maybe? ;-)
