Time to go back to work or Study , hello my name is Nige and I have a room for rent. This is a country property nearest neighbour is 160 meters, but is well serviced being close to Warrego Highway, and a service stations within walking distance. Private location, We are on tank water. Very quiet location where the views and sunsets are amazing, just nice to sit and enjoy the quiet location or watch neighbours horses in the adjacent paddocks, as the owner I look after the mowing of grass and will run a tractor over areas as required.
Lounge Room has a comfy lounge ready relaxing. I guess would suit a person who likes a bit of quite space. NBN Internet included, connected wifi included in Rent, No smoking in house
Travel time to Brisbane is about an hour, about 20min to Ipswich and 40min to Toowoomba.
One of my favorite things to do is to put on a Camp oven and cook some casserole or Ribs on a outside fire place.
