About the property
We have a 4x bed, 2x bathroom house, with open plan kitchen/dining/living area, plus a second lounge room, laundry room, and double garage. We have the master bedroom with an ensuite, and 1x bedroom to keep as a spare room for guests as we have family come to visit from time to time.
2x rooms available to rent, both with built in wardrobes, 1x main bathroom with shower, bath, and large vanity with lots of under sink storage and separate toilet. The second lounge room will also be available for you to furnish if you’d prefer a separate living area.
Kitchen and laundry are shared, and it’s expected that you’ll generally clean up after yourself, as will we, and general housework, cleaning, gardening etc. can either be split up into individual responsibilities, or shared responsibilities with a rotating roster.
Utilities are not included in rent amount.

About the flatmates
Hi, we’re Jacinta (26f), Chelsea (22f) and our dog Otis, and we’re seeking a housemate or two. We’ve been together for 4 and a half years, and have leased this house for nearly 2 years with plans to stay a fair bit longer. We’re a couple of barmaids, who like to have a good laugh, binge crappy reality TV, and go on adventures. We’d like to eventually travel more, so it’d be great to have a new housemate to ease the cost of living, and have someone in the house still while we’re travelling.
