This spacious and peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located right across from the stunning Alexandra Headland beach, making it perfect for anyone who loves the ocean lifestyle. You can walk to the surf, cafes, and parks, and enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. There’s also a peaceful pond behind the building that’s great for a quiet stroll or a bit of downtime.
The available room comes with its own private bathroom, which is used only occasionally by visiting guests. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a couple (us), and we take pride in keeping the space tidy, clean, and well-organised. We’re looking for someone who values a peaceful and respectful living environment just as much as we do.
The apartment has a relaxed, beachy vibe. You’ll have access to shared spaces like the kitchen, lounge, balcony, and the complex also includes a swimming pool and BBQ area—perfect for weekends. There’s no allocated parking, but there’s usually street parking nearby.
You’ll be living with me and my partner. We're both friendly and easygoing—we work and study so we’re out and about a lot and enjoy keeping our home peaceful and respectful.
