Lease: Lease transfer with approx. 4 months remaining (until end of May), real estate will be renewing the lease with it going up by $20 max ($320 a week)

About the flatmates
I’m heading back to the UK so my room in this lovely house is available! If I didn’t have to leave I wouldn’t - perfect location with the perfect housemates - all we do is laugh, talk about food!
Housemates:
You’ll be living with two friendly, respectful girls:
– A 23yo nursing student who enjoys the gym, cooking, running and ocean swims
– A 31yo international flight attendant who travels for work and has a beautiful dog, Daisy 🐶
(Some help with Daisy is needed when she’s away, feeding, cuddles and letting her outside)
Ideal Housemate:
Someone clean, tidy, kind and respectful, who enjoys a calm home environment and loves dogs and willing to help out when needed (feed her dinner and open the back door!) We’re looking for someone who wants to feel at home and have a laugh with the occasional dinner, not just rent a room.
