We are close to restaurants in Alex and Mooloolaba also close to transport.

This is a 2 bedroom townhouse located within walking distance to Alex beach/surf club.
The home is very clean/neat and tidy and fully self contained.
I’m away throughout the year so as long as you are happy to be in the home and look after it that would be fine.
You would need to be working full time and be a neat and tidy person with a healthy lifestyle.
When I am home I love the beach and the lifestyle the coast offers, exercising, walking, league and afl.
